SEA CANS R US – CONTAINER SALES AGREEMENT

The following Terms and Conditions set forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersede all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Sea Cans R Us will deliver purchased containers to the address provided by the client, provided that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for offloading the container safely. The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready and that there is adequate clearance for delivery trucks to access and position the container. If the site is not ready or accessible upon delivery, additional delivery attempts may incur additional fees.

Sea Cans R Us reserves the right to reschedule delivery in the event of inclement weather (including but not limited to heavy rain, snow, or flooding) or unsafe delivery conditions. Clients will be contacted promptly to arrange a new delivery date.

PAYMENT

A deposit is required to secure the purchase of a container. Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, wire transfer, and other standard payment methods. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Sea Cans R Us provides refunds or replacements for containers that are delivered in a condition not as described at the time of purchase or that are defective upon delivery. Clients must inspect the container upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours through our contact form. After inspection and confirmation, Sea Cans R Us will arrange a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

Opting Into Text Messages:
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive occasional marketing and transactional text messages from Sea Cans R Us related to your purchases, delivery updates, or promotions. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency will vary.

Opting Out:
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any Sea Cans R Us message. For help, reply HELP or use the contact form on our website. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sea Cans R Us is not responsible for any consequential damages, lost opportunities, or indirect losses arising from the sale, delivery, or use of the containers.

MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. This agreement may only be modified in writing, signed by both parties.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled in accordance with applicable local laws.
